The town council office is open to members of the public from 9am until 12 noon, Monday to Friday.

Members of the public who want to look at those council documents which can be inspected (including planning applications) are welcome to do so should it be convenient. If it is not so, members of the public will be required to make an appointment.  The period of time allocated to the inspection of documents will be twenty minutes.  Should extra time be required, the appointment will be extended at the discretion of the clerk or another appointment arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Members of the public are reminded that the agenda for the monthly meeting is available at the library in The Ropery together with the minutes of the meeting held during the previous month.
